At Dealt Trading, we are committed to offering high-quality refurbished and pre-owned products that are reliable, affordable, and eco-friendly. To give you peace of mind with every purchase, all eligible electronic products come with a warranty of up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
1. Warranty Coverage
Our warranty applies to eligible electronic devices (phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches) and covers:
Manufacturing defects.
Functional malfunctions under normal usage conditions.
If your product is confirmed to be covered by warranty:
Dealt Trading will arrange pickup from your doorstep.
The product will be repaired or serviced by our certified experts.
Once the repair is complete, we will deliver the item back to you—hassle-free.
Where repair is not possible, we may:
Provide a replacement device of equal value and similar specifications.
Or issue store credit / partial refund depending on product condition.
2. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue covered by warranty:
Visit our website and fill out the Warranty Claim Form.
Provide your proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
Describe the issue in detail and upload photos/videos if possible.
Our support team will contact you with next steps and arrange collection.
3. Repair Timelines
Most repairs are completed within 10 business days after receiving the product at our service center.
Delays may occur if specific spare parts are unavailable.
Customers will be updated regularly on the repair status.
4. What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover the following:
Physical damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence.
Liquid damage (e.g., water or other fluids).
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cosmetic damage).
Battery degradation due to normal usage over time.
Software issues not related to hardware functionality.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Products must be returned with all accessories originally supplied.
Customers must ensure devices are free from iCloud, Google, or other account locks before submission.
Backup of data is the customer’s responsibility; Dealt Trading is not liable for data loss during repairs.
6. Governing Law
This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and complies with GCC and EU consumer protection regulations.
