Warranty Policy
All products sold by Dealt are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.
Valid Warranty Claim
- If the issue is verified and approved by our Quality Control team, the repair or replacement will be free of charge.
Invalid Warranty Claim
If the product issue is not covered under warranty (e.g., damage from misuse or unauthorized repairs), and the customer still wants it repaired:
- The customer must pay the repair cost + shipping charges.
- The process will begin only after payment is received.
Shipping Policy
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time: Shipping typically takes 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
